I have completed both a BSc and MSc in Sports and Exercise Nutrition at Hartpury and Leeds Beckett Universities. I primarily focus with team sports athletes, both at academy age and senior levels, however, I have previously worked with individual athletes. I am a believer in a food first approach to nutrition and providing a solid, fun and informative educational platform for athletes to help them foster sustainable changes to food behaviours. 

I personally play rugby union for a national 3 team, and work in maintaining a schools sports centre, helping to provide high class standards for students and teachers.
