This award is to recognise British Dietetic Association (BDA) Practice based Evidence in Nutrition (PEN®) members who have contribution to the PEN system, providing an evidence-based UK perspective.
As PEN® is written for dietitians, by dietitians, our members make a significant contribution to the evidence-base of PEN®. We want to acknowledge those that help to ensure PEN® remains one of our most valued member benefits.
This award is open for applications.
The judging panel said: "Carly has been awarded the PEN Achiever Award in acknowledgement of her continued commitment to supporting with updating the evidence base on The PEN System.
Entry Criteria
To apply for the BDA PEN® Achiever Award you must:
- Be a member of the British Dietetic Association
- Completed one or more PEN® content reviews (since March 2021 to February 2022)
- Be able to attend the Awards Ceremony on Tuesday 5 July
Deadline for submissions are 10am on Wednesday 25 May. The awards will be presented at our awards ceremony on the evening of Tuesday 5 July 2022 in Birmingham.
