To prepare for your practitioner re-registration, you will need to refer to the SENR Guide to Registration , section 4.6.
Please note the SENR Guide to Registration was updated in October 2022, so its important you prepare your re-submission documents according to the new guidance.
Here are the template documents to be completed.
You need to complete these in advance of your 5 year registration ending, so it’s a good idea to start preparing 6 months in advance of the end of your registration.
Practitioner re-registrations can be submitted twice a year:
- April to be reviewed at the June Portfolio Assessment Panel Meeting.
- October to be reviewed at the December Portfolio Assessment Panel Meeting.
1st April 2023 submissions will be reviewed at the June 2023 Portfolio Assessment Panel Meeting, applications can be submitted using the older 2017 SENR Guide to Registration and competency framework or the new 2022 SENR Guide to Registration and competency framework.
15th October 2023 submissions for the December 2023 Portfolio Assessment Panel Meeting will need to be using the new 2022 Guide to Registration and Competency Framework.
